Telling Tales at Shakespeare’s Globe

Come and join me for a spooky session in the beautiful Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at Shakespeare’s Globe, part of their family event series Telling Tales.

I will guide families through key ingredients to entertain, mystify and shock readers when creating your own story idea. Exploring themes perfect for both Halloween and cosy reading days, children and adults will combine forces to start an exciting writing journey together.

You’ll also hear how I started writing, and where I find inspiration for my books, including The Last Wild and The Lost Magician, alongside his forthcoming book Wolf Crown, the anticipated follow-up to 2024’s Midnight Treasure.

There will also be time to ask me your questions in a Q&A session.
